REACH stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 entered into force on 1 June 2007 within the European Union.

After it’s exit from the EU the UK government brought a similar set of legislation into UK law on 1 January 2021 and is known as UK Reach.

Working in collaboration with our customers and suppliers the company is monitoring the registration under both REACH and UK Reach of the raw materials that it uses to ensure continuity of supply

If a product that is contract manufactured requires registration the Company works with our customer to agree a strategy to ensure that the product is registered before the appropriate deadline.

Currently polymers offer significant regulatory advantages over small molecules.
