Process operator
Process Operators are required to operate a multi-purpose batch processing plant. Applicants must be literate, numerate and preferably have experience of working within an industrial manufacturing environment. A formal qualification in science, such as a GCSE/A Level/ HND in Chemistry would be an advantage, although experience in a relevant industry is fully acceptable. Full training will be given to all successful candidates. Applicants must be physically fit and be over 18 years of age.
Conditions of work for the above position include a 24/5 shift pattern, which consists of a rotating 8 hour day shift, afternoon shift and night shift, working Monday to Friday.
An attractive starting salary will be paid which will initially be dependant upon experience and qualifications and accompanied by excellent opportunities for personal development and progression within the Company.
Process Operator salary bands, inclusive of Shift Allowance start at £14,964.00 for Grade 1 rising to an upper of £23,808.00 p.a for Grade 4. Team Leader salary bands, inclusive of Shift Allowance, commence at £22,767.00 rising to £32,131.00 p.a.
